Do you offer private charm bars?

Yes! We can discuss private events and group experiences.

Yes! Our inventory is always changing along with seasons we do offer exclusive charms at different times.

Is every piece made on-site?

Yes! One of the best parts of The Charm Atelier experience is selecting your charms and watching your piece come together right in front of you.

Can I add more than three charms?

Absolutely! Additional charms may be added individually or as bundles.

Can I create gifts for someone else?

Of course. Many customers create personalized gifts for birthdays, graduations, and special occasions.

Are charms removable?

Many of our designs can be updated over time, allowing you to add new charms and continue telling your story as life changes.

Do I need an appointment?

Not usually! You're welcome to visit us at public events and pop-ups. If you'd like a private shopping experience, contact us to schedule an appointment.

What metals do you use?

Our jewelry is made with a variety of high-quality metals, including stainless steel, gold-plated stainless steel, and other durable materials selected for everyday wear. Specific materials may vary by style and collection.

What if my jewelry breaks?

We want you to love your piece! If something breaks due to a craftsmanship issue, please reach out and we'll do our best to repair or replace it. Normal wear and accidental damage may be subject to a repair fee.
